Provide closing and title services to national and local banks, mortgage companies, loan officers, brokers, and consumers. Write deeds, search titles, prepare and process closing documents, disburse settlement funds, and execute closings. Analyze legal liability of businesses and implement crucial policies necessary to safeguard against potential legal claims. Form domestic and foreign corporations and other business entities. Prepare various legal disclaimers and contracts essential to protect businesses including but not limited to employee handbooks, confidentiality agreements, and corporate resolutions. Represent parties at school meetings, mediation sessions, and due process hearings. Civil litigation.

Conduct field research throughout the Northeast as an independent contractor. Activities include inspections of storage facilities and prescription drug audits under the Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA). Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), validate business legitimacy and intent of prospective customers prior to the sale of personal data using detailed physical site inspections.

Direct the activities of this nonprofit organization. Advocate for parents and children at team meetings and mediation sessions. Act as a source of information regarding the education of at-risk students and students with disabilities. Provide direction to persons involved in the education of at-risk students and students with disabilities. Develop curriculum for parent training sessions. Conduct research and project management for on-going programs and projects. Monitor schools for statutory and regulatory compliance. Maintain budgets and manage statistical reports.

Oversee student programs and progress. Provide advocacy for students. Facilitate communication between parents and CIP staff. Special education science instruction for young men aged 14 to 18 with difficult behavioral problems, emotional disturbances, and/or learning disabilities. Pedagogical techniques included differentiating teaching to levels varying from 1st to 12th grade both within and between individual students. Used the PsychoEducational Treatment Model for behavior modification. Responsible for supervising the work of teacher assistants.
