Write deeds, search titles, prepare and process closing documents, disburse settlement funds, and execute closings. Analyze legal liability of businesses and implement crucial policies necessary to safeguard against potential legal claims. Form domestic and foreign corporations and other business entities. Pedagogical techniques included differentiating teaching to levels varying from 1st to 12th grade both within and between individual students. Used the PsychoEducational Treatment Model for behavior modification. Responsible for supervising the work of teacher assistants.
